We will be pooling our money together, do you recommend investing under one account? Maybe open an LLC, partnership, or trust and do it under that name??

But you have to meet goals, so I just wanted to know do you think it is better to work and hourly job even if it is less money than a sales job, to have more stability while doing real estate investing, or should I go ahead and sell furniture with goals and its not a big deal?
