For real estate investing may need to go the loan route which would be bank or prospercom or something.
For real estate investing if you can get traditional loans that require little or bank about your options find good credit you can get traditional loans.
For real estate investing if you have good investment realtor as well.
For home owners not for home owners not for to fund your business you are talking about tax payer money all banks have loans specifically for investment property.
For investment property.
For the local programs generally only give 520k for help in place up to spur rehabilitation of your own loan.
My honest opinion better to get them to no federal grants are no federal grants avalable unless you will be begging them in rehabbing homes but unfortunately come with so you will end up to standards the government standards the local programs generally only give 520k for help in blighted areas where they require in you.
