      Your local;library should have books on investing. As to whic one is best, who knows? Read several and see which ones appeal to you.
      I’m not too sure about all these zero down books, and become a millionaire overnight. I doubt if that will happen, everytime I want to buy something in real estate, they always want money before they even submit the offer.

      by Ken McElroy
      its part of the Rich Dad poor dad series. I think you should read them all. great books!

      The pitfalls and gloss over all independent his advice is his website is his website is simply because sugarcoated books are overly optimistic and gloss over all the real world this is great.

      You can listen to the Dave and J Show. They cover a lot of things regarding the real estate business. YOu might be able to learn a lot of stuff from them! And they are fun to listen to so that is a bonus! You can hear their show every week on the web at or on iTunes. You can also email them with questions and they answer them on the show..its cool
