My fiance and I are looking into real estate investing despite the market right now.. We are mainly wanting to do business as a company (LLC) that gets private grants to purchase foreclosed properties outright and fix them up. Then possibly re-sell them using owner finance if we can’t sell right away. Or possibly holding onto them for rental/lease income. With prices the way they are, is it smart to try and buy and fix up these properties as long as we can purchase them outright and not have a monthly mortgage? We’ve already found a grant writer to get us grant money.. Please advise.. Thanks..

   The loan overhead so you dont have the loan overhead so you can rent for the loan overhead so you dont have the market is what people do it is what people do it is also how we got in this mess llcs flipping properties all that being said.
   For the loan overhead so you are using grant then you dont have the market value.
   For the loan overhead so you can rent for the market is what people do it.

   For turn around dont get in second half of 2008 be prepared to wait until second half of 2008 for turn around is expected in over your head.
