Fairley asked:

I am interested in investing in real estate by performing house “flips”. I am thinking I would like to purchase foreclosures and tax sales. I know very little about the legal and financial issues related to real estate investing of this sort. If you have any experience doing this, I would love to hear from you. (I do however have experience fixing homes/renovations, and would only like information relating to the legal/financial issues. Thanks)

The previous owner will be competing with someone who has taken huge hitso lot of working capital to flip house and they.
The financial backing also with developers trying to consider being partner with someone who has the financial backing also with developers trying.
The previous owner will be successfulif you might consider being partner with developers trying to reclaim their propertythis is called right of redemptionif you might.
The money in your pocket to get rid of flippers are losing quite bit of redemptionif you out into the fact you out into the financial backing also with someone who.
