im a real estate investor and after seeing the national grants conference’s workshop twice i’m looking into using them for assisting my deals. i dont need them but id rather use a grant and not have to pay it back than using a loan that i must pay back w/ interest. i know many are skeptical about NGC. i dont want skeptics’ opinions, I want the reactions to ppl who have actually used them good or bad. was it favorable was it not?       I haven’t used them myself but a close friend of mine went to one of their conferences and it sounded like a scam.

      To find reactions straight from people who have used them, do a thorough Yahoo or Google search.

      I even found past reviews here on Yahoo Answers:
