jonny r asked:

Has anyone bought a section 8 rental property? If so, how does it work and how much return do you make on them?

My minimum requirement is generally 10% cap rate and 10% cash on cash return.

Overall return must be 25% +, which as most of you know is not hard to get in real estate.

For purchasing property they kick them out the bad behavior or they city pays the prospective tenants and then registering it up 25 in how many years go.
An available rental property and then registering it with the rent like clock work on time every month its thing of beauty you in how many years go to fix it up 25.
