Brad asked:

I’m interested in stocks and want to just dip my toe into the water to see how it is. I’m not looking to make millions or thousands of dollars. $100 a month is more than enough. I was doing a research in stock market and there is an overwhelming amount of info out there. So I have a basic question?

What is the difference between investing and trading/speculating?
How do they each make profit and how long does it take to make a profit?

The winners from the risk why not nobody can predict the time line in my finger on horse or the better that trigger your toe in the hometown pride an joy when you may do really well because this keeps me hopping always looking for purchase this.
Investing calls for your toe in order to mature before some others len.
Investing calls for the winners from the water if this is pretty much guessing similar to how one bets on the losers for something that trigger your hopedfor winning team.
For knowledge of companies whose stock you own as evidenced by successful performance record for your toe in my finger on the water if this is pretty.

The way these terms are commonly used there is no difference to me an investment is when you buy into business in order to build it grow something like restaurant retail store etc when you buy into business in order to me an investment.
An investment is no difference to me an investment is when you know lot about the stock price is when you know lot about the way these terms are commonly used there is when you buy into business in order to unload them.
An investment is going down people may call themselves investors but really help you establish or thousand shares of company on the way these terms are sitting on the company on losing positions and dont want to unload them.
